A festival for students, by students, Wallabout is curated annually by an interdisciplinary group of Pratt Institute students, and showcases student short filmmaking from around the world.

We return to the beginning. The unveiling through incandescent textural soundscapes and transitional thresholds, deliverance in explosive feathers when the fire begins. The undoing returns. returns to a crystallization of dualities: ennui-madness and elemental incantations. Who are we calling on in the midst? It expands and collapses like the breath of a prayer. As an apparition, it beats in the heart held in palms raised to dunes. In the wake time of atomic catastrophes, what remains sacred is re-membered by those same palms of this world: an insistent call, a mineral coming home. Where can reverie take us?
