Maeya Cultural Angel Ambassador at Senior Center

Maeya Cultural Angel Ambassador is a beauty contest featuring contestants under 18 years of age, looks for girls and boys sparkling personalities. No pageant experience is necessary. Competition categories include talent show, sportswear, fashion wear, cultural costume. Our pageant system combine glitz and natural together. At the contest, “non-glitz" system encourages young girls and boys to showcase their personalities from within. After the crown, the red carpet show will be a glitz style that allow make up, hairstyle, costume and formal wear that can show best of the cultural heritage.     

Training: 11AM-6PM

11:00AM-9PM: Family Film Market at Schulman Auditorium Senior Center

The Children & Family Film Market in San Diego International Kids' Film Festival.open to all members of the film industry. We are building to reach the capability of fulfilling all film business needs - film sales, investments, production, location, post-production etc. at one location.

1:00PM-3:00PM: Pitch & Cach PANEL at Art Studio at Senior Center

This panel is a place for a face-to-face discussion, individual meetings for projects that searching investors, producers and distributors. Each project representative will do 10min. presentation in front of the investors/producers/distributors; distribute the project summary and the contact information.

3:30PM-5:00PM: Work with Asian Films PANEL at Art Studio at Senior Center

TOPICS:
Asian has a huge boost to the production and success of domestic films.Asian film revenues have grown by 25% a year for the past 10 years. Asican Film Projects are looking for Western filmmakers participate in their movies. A window of opportunity has opened for the Western directors, screenwriters, Scrip doctors, cinema photographers, musical composters, Animators, actors, etc. Come to meet the delegations of Asian investors, producers, directors, and find out the pitfalls, common misunderstandings, and industry myths for working with the Asian films. The panelists will attempt to address these issues during the discussion.

In honor of the finalist of the Screenplay contest, SDIKFF use the real director who cast the actors to perform the best parts of the screenplays. This showcase brings the story from the paper to a real life.
