The OUTshine LGBTQ+ Film Festival is South Florida's premier LGBTQ+ cultural arts event, originating from the Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (1998) and the Fort Lauderdale Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (2008). These two iconic festivals merged under one dynamic brand, reflecting our vibrant, multicultural audience and international recognition.
