Dwelling Among the Gods [with featured short: In Puszcza]
In moving and stark imagery and dialogue, Dwelling Among the Gods, depicts one Afghan woman's journey to lay her brother to rest as she faces the pressure and challenges of fleeing to Europe with her husband and young children. The film will be preceded by In Puszcza, a short documentary highlighting the refugee crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border and one man's very real struggle to bury a family member.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the director of In Puszcza, Ciat Conlin.
