Her visits to the church become frequent and both of them start spending time together. One day, Olivia invites Mike to meet her sister Lindsey over dinner. Lindsey makes him uncomfortable by asking questions about his family which makes Olivia furious. Mike and Olivia talk about life and Olivia’s will to live which inspires him. Olivia makes him realise how blessed he is to have a family with whom he ruined his relations and how she would do anything to bring her dead parents back. When Olivia reveals to Mike that her recent diagnosis report has shown that her condition has worsened and she has to undergo surgery , Mike is unable to process this information as he is scared of losing her. He pays his respect to her by bringing a bouquet of daffodils which were her favourite flowers and were always given to her by her mother.
